The location was great because it was close to the national parks, making it easy for us to get around. the place itself was really nice and fancy, which we both enjoyed. It was comfortable and suited our needs just fine. 🌲

It was fairly clean, staff was really accommodating. The double room was recently refurbished, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Plus it had not pet friendly policy. The location of the hotel was great and amazing, in the hill.

The location of Mtn House By Basecamp in Canmore is absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, national parks, and shops. the unit is newly decorated and well-equipped with an electric kettle and fridges. They offer a huge variety of fabulous food.

The hotel is newly decorated and fancy and housed in a nice building. the location is stunning and excellent, near to stores on the other side of the freeway, and certain areas. - It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Big Head Sculpture.

We appreciated the hotel's effort to reduce plastic waste by offering excellent and pleasantly scented toiletries instead of small pots of shampoo and soap. The room also had a tea and coffee maker, as well as a small fridge. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and drinks in the social areas, and there was free parking available. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle service to go into town, which was a convenient alternative to using our car. Canmore, the nearby town, was very pretty and had plenty of restaurants to explore. It was also just a short distance from Banff and its attractions.

The hotel had very large and clean rooms, and the beds were super comfortable. the location was great, as it was close to a charming town and just a short drive away from a popular downtown area. We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, who made us feel right at home.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the elevator was not fully functional, which meant we had to wait for a staff member to operate it each time.
